All the rest of the equipment (helmet, elbow protectors, knee pads) as well as overwhelming experience and unforgettable memories are our concern.

How can I order the game?

To order a game, go to the main page on this site, click "Order the Game", select the date and the hour when you would like to arrive, enter your e-mail and number of participants in the group. Check that you received a confirmation e-mail.

How many participants can be in a group?

Accepted Answer

Minimum – 2, maximum – 5 participants in a group.

What if we are a group of more than 5?

Accepted Answer

The game is built in a way that every 10 minutes another group can enter the game path. Therefore, if you are more than 5, split into two teams and enter one team after the other to compete one another. This will be even more interesting and challenging!

I'm not at all into sports. Will I still be of any use to my group?

Certainly yes! Imagine a dining table. If you are capable of crawling under it, getting on it and then descending from the other side, that means that you are fit enough for our tasks.

Do I need any previous knowledge or skills?

No. Nature has already granted you with all the required skills: intuitive agility, flexibility, and responsiveness. All you need to do is use them at the right moment and time.

Is there a place to change clothes?

Yes. Specially for you, there are boys/girls lockers rooms in the building that you can use before and after the game.

How long does the activity take and does it include?

Accepted Answer

It goes like this. You are coming to the place.
Getting prepared: drinking water, changing into sports outfit, warming up if you want.
Then the instructor introduces you to the framework story and hands out protection equipment – helmets, knee pads and elbow protectors.
While putting on the equipment you are making up your group's name.
The game hasn't started yet.
From the moment the instructor enters your group's name into the system you stop being just a group who came to play.
Clock starts ticking and your mission begins.
You become an underground rescue team that fights artificial intelligence.
As such, you go through a detailed technical briefing with demonstration of how things work.
The briefing takes 6 to 12 minutes as per computer system decision.
Following that, you start 6 cool action missions. Each mission – 450 seconds with 30 seconds between the missions.
Thus, the time for the activity including the technical briefing is around an hour (54-60 minutes)

What happens if we can't finish the game on time?

Our system is built in such a way that there is no chance for you to be delayed or stay more time than assigned.

Is there a possibility to use cellphones?

First of all, cellphones will bother you perform the tasks.
In addition to that, there is a chance that they will break or get damaged during the game.
Anyway, you won't have time to use them since you will be occupied with performing the tasks.

My kids are not yet 14, however they are very talented and get it all fast. Is there a chance that they can participate in the game?"

Unfortunately, the insurance allows us to bring children who are at least 14 years old to the game. Bringing children under the age of 14 is considered a sever breach of insurance rules!!!
It is crucial to bring a document verifying children's age.

Is it necessary to come with sports outfit? Is there a chance to bring flip flops or the Voyance?

You can come with whatever shoes you want, however, to enter the game it is necessary to have closed sneakers.
Please take appropriate shoes!!!!

Will I be able to play if I have health problems?

Accepted Answer

It is forbidden to enter the game for people with back, joints, heart problems or epilepsy as well as for pregnant women.
In case another health problem exists, it is important to declare that when ordering a game and even to consult a specialized doctor if needed.

What would happen if we drank a little alcohol before coming to the game?

It is important to us that you remain healthy and safe during the game.
As per insurance rules, we are not allowed to let people under the influence of alcohol or any other intoxicating substances enter the game.
Therefore, if you drink, don't play.
Moreover, the more focused you are, the better you perform the tasks.
